Theres nothing we love more than when our fav celebs wine their way down the parade line with us. These celebrities have been spotted at Caribanas all around the world, check it out to get some major inspiration on a mas band outfit ! #CaribanaGoals
1.Rihanna at Crop Over Festival in Barbados
No surprise RiRi repps her Barbados culture proudly, but she looked hella good doing it every year. Here she is pictured below attending the Barbados Crop Over Festival over the years.
A 2001 treasure, she still looks picture perfect in this blue and yellow age appropriate outfit.
A decade later we have Rihanna’s fiery red two piece with a beautiful bejewelled headpiece she rocked in 2011.
Rihanna’s 2013 outfit was a matching white bejewelled two piece and feathered cape.
Rihanna’s 2015 outfit was so extravagant, she layered and layered gold chains and rocked a full feathered headpiece and wings.
2. Amber Rose and Blac Chyna at the Trinidad and Tobago Carnival.
Blac Chyna and Amber Rose were spotted lighting up the streets in matching BFF outfits. They danced along with fellow revellers all over the Caribbean Island.
3. Winnie Harlow at Caribana Toronto
Our very own Toronto-born supermodel stunted heavy during Toronto Caribana last year, rocking this bejewelled two piece and aviator shades.
4. Nicki Minaj Pound the Alarm Music Video
Okay, we know this wasn’t during a real Caribana but we couldn’t leave out the Queen of Rap when she looked this good in Mas. 500 people were involved in the making of this video. Minaj and director Benny Boom recreated a full Carnival just for this video and it went off with a bang.
Check out the behind the scenes making of the video for a quick glance into the process of how it was put together. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7lTRXSvRCUM
5. Usain Bolt at Trinidad and Tobago Carnival.
We love Usain’s full mas outfit and how he can hold his own within this group of beautiful women’s outfits. Apparently Bolt got a little crazy while daggering onstage at Carnival, there are several videos posted online of him channeling his Jamaican culture in this frantic dance.
